Entrepreneurship Education for Micro Enterprises
It have been 2 years, I resolve myself to a movement we called entjou (previously known as kelas entrepreneur). But, I just realized that we have no clear definition yet about the term of entrepreneurship education. What is entrepreneurship education? It is till bias. This bias effect to all ranger movement. We are running in different command. There is no clear direction. So here we go. This written feeling is made in order to formulate the definition of entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship education = Management insight + the spirit of world level entrepreneur It means that all of component in management insight must be learned seriously. All of the aspect such as financial management, Marketing management, Operational Management, and Human Resources Management should be tough to all of the ranger, KasHa in Entjou Circle. All of the theory should be simplified and we have to find out the best way to communicate to our target market, the micro enterprises owner or the beginner is entrepreneurship world. There are thousands of chapters in management text book, our first duty is to collect all of the chapters (points) which needed for them. It will be such an exhausted journey for us. But, it is possible. Furthermore, the spirit of world level entrepreneur should be seek as the another significant component in entrepreneurship education. How could we find the spirit? We are able to find it by discover all of the great stories from great entrepreneur around the world, simple, googling it or read their biography book. We have to determine which tips and trick that their use and synchronize it to our management insight. The problem is we have no system yet to learn this two important insight. Currently, we only have about two or three hours in every Saturday morning to upgrade our insight in this both aspects. Absolutely, it was not enough. Moreover, this morning Saturday learning program also still not running effectively, only two or three of us who join in this last two week. It such a miserable movement of learning. Then how could we able to be the smart and passionate people who can teach entrepreneurship education?. It is still long way to go. Should we teach them one by one? Or they can learn by their own way every day? But how could we control their practice? I know, the answer is deliberate practice, but which kind of deliberate practice? How about the indicator, how could we measure their growth mindset? God, please show me the way, entjou should be the place where kasha could find their own expertise. Let we find the way. Here you go, i should breaking the bulk first I have to tell them that we need expert in four field of management insight. Marketing, financial, operational and human resource management. Than we have to list among all of theory the important things in every field, aha I could reread the problem database that we collected form all of our client in order to get the highlight which theory that kasha should find in their interested field. After that, the list must be given to all of the member and let them choose which field that they have to dig into. After they choose, the deliberate practice will start. Let say there will be more than 10 point in each field. Then we can decide how many points that must be learned for every kasha in a week, (ex. 2 or 3 points). The theory must be written in ms. Word wil be collected in every week and will be checked by responsible person. Then, the kasha in every field should teach us in our upgrade team time, let say in Saturday morning than we have to add one more day, in the evening special for member who works as employee in other company. Then we can check list one by one theory that we have discussed on our internal learning process. The early task is I have to show them how important and crucial this condition is, pull them in the line. Secondly, there will be weekly task to discover one story from entrepreneur. Once a week. I will choose a name and everyone have to find out the most complete story form them. The resume must be written in ms. Words. Then must be collected and checked by responsible person. So, there will be two task in every week that must be done by everyone. The resume of special field in management theory and the story of entrepreneur life discovery. This system can take into account. After all, I have to write another article to be read by everyone. I have to show them how crucial this condition is, I have to make them aware about how long road that they have to walk for. I have to appoint them straight to the point to make them no more confuse about what they should do after this. Let’s start. God please bless my way, aamiin.
